To create an account, click on the "Sign Up" button on the login page. You'll need to provide your email address, create a password, and select whether you're a farmer or buyer. After email verification, your account will be activated.
Click the "Forgot Password" link on the login page. Enter your registered email address and we'll send you a password reset link. The link will expire in 24 hours for security reasons.
Browse available products in the marketplace. When you find what you want, click "Add to Cart". Review your cart and proceed to checkout where you'll enter shipping details and payment information.
You can cancel orders within 1 hour of placement from your Order History. For modifications, please contact our support team immediately. Once an order is processed for shipping, cancellations may not be possible.
